Membership rates do not include the inspection and/or replacement of system accessories. Priority service does not include after hour calls.

For systems that require more time to perform a thorough inspection, we have our Elite Membership which covers systems with an Ultra boiler or other gas boilers that require only one visit per year.

Our VIP Membership is designed for heating and cooling systems that require two visits a year. One Fall tune-up on the furnace and one Spring tune-up on the air conditioning unit or heat pump.

VIP Memberships Includes:

What You Receive

  • Clean, level and calibrate thermostat.
  • Remove and wash blower as necessary.
  • Wash condenser coil and evaporator coil (Evap coil when readily available)
  • Replace or wash standard air filters.
  • Lubricate and inspect all moving parts.
  • Test, measure and record operating temperatures and pressures.
  • Test all safety controls and devices.
  • Tighten all electrical connections and terminals.
  • Test humidifier operation and set damper, switches and valves.
  • Clean heat exchanger(s), burners, gas tubes and pilot assemblies.
  • Inspect heat exchanger(s) flue assembly and draft diverters.
  • Vacuum clean all combustion, flue and blower compartments.
  • Adjust and inspect all main air dampers.
  • Activate heating or cooling system thru cycles.
  • Test all motors, starting capacitors and relays.
  • Test for all unsafe gases.
  • Provide written analysis and recommendations.

When you sign-up for our Generator Preventative Maintenance plan, we’ll send one of our friendly, certified technicians out once a year to inspect and service your generator to make sure each component is fully functional.

* Price is based on the annual inspection of a single generator. Each additional generator will receive a $50 discount off the membership fee.

What You Receive

  • Spark plugs
  • Change engine oil (synthetic) and replace oil filter and air filter
  • Visually inspect unit, verify the unit is functioning properly
  • Inspect the air filter and exhaust system
  • Inspect all hoses
  • Update software if needed
